Channel 4 has timed it and released the second video recycling the old footage as new evidence

Sri Lankan has come on the firing line at the United Nations Human Rights Council by America and the European Union regarding alleged war crimes committed during the final stages of the 2009 battle against the notorious terrorist outfit - Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).
Since the latest release of Channel 4 “Sri Lanka’s Killing Fields: War Crimes Unpunished,” footage which tend to chronicle Government’s war crimes and there has been overwhelming outpours by many members of the Tamil Diaspora, celebrities, members of the press & media, diplomats and governments. The anger was directed at the Sri Lankan government for their premeditated targeting of the innocent Tamil civilians and the alleged genocide carried out by them to cleanse the Tamil ethnicity in Sri Lanka.

The footage has stirred a stream of outrage against Sri Lanka and their acts of genocides against the Tamil minority in Sri Lanka in the early part of 2009. The footage was very cleverly put together to portray some atrocious acts by Sri Lankan army. The footage by Channel 4 shows the executions committed by the Armed Forces on the LTTE soldiers and the sexual abuses carried out on LTTE female militias. The footage also explained how the injured innocent civilians were deprived of food and medication in the ‘no-fire-zone’ during the height of the war. 

Finally the footage telecasted killing of the 12 year old son of the leader of the terrorist outfit and discussed the ethnical oppression against the Tamils living in North and East of Sri Lanka in the hands of the Sri Lankan Government. Read more....
